Most of our transactions close within 30-45 days, though timing can vary based on
your location and specific situation. We've streamlined our process to be efficient
while ensuring everything is handled properly. Once we agree on terms, we'll provide
you with a clear timeline and keep you updated every step of the way

Depending on the land and the location, we will either keep it as a part of out long-
term portfolio, send it to some of our trusted land buyers, or list it with a broker on our team.

We cover all closing fees and costs associated with the deal. We also pay for title
companies to help all parties facilitate the deal.
